Description
This luxurious apartment for 4 people with sea view and communal pool is in a very good location. A stone's throw from the Mediterranean Sea, but also from various cozy restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is south-facing with beautiful sea views.
The living and dining area are about 35 m² and here you will find a dining table with 4 chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, etc. Through a large glass door you enter the terrace with a lounge, a sun lounger and a breathtaking view of the sea.
The kitchen is equipped with all amenities. There is a washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. You can also park your car in the underground parking lot. The apartment also has a communal garden with pool, jacuzzi and showers.
Key handover: Key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can occupy your holiday home on the first day of your stay from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11 a.m. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and personally do the key collection and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
Full service: We also offer airport service. If you wish, we can also pick you up and take you to the airport. A Dutch-speaking driver will be waiting for you upon your arrival at the airport. This will take you directly to your holiday home and back to the airport at the agreed time. If you wish, we also provide a shopping package on arrival. We will do our best to give you a wonderful holiday!

At the time of booking the client must pay 50% of the total stay. The client must pay the remaining 50% balance 6 weeks before arrival. Cleaning is to be paid upon booking. The deposit is to be paid upon booking and returned within 10 days of departure. (In case of damage or excessive electricity consumption, the deposit will be retained in whole or in part.)
