At the time of booking, the guest must pay 50% of the total stay. The remaining 50% must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Payment for the cleaning fee is due at the time of booking. The deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded within 10 days of departure. (In case of damage or excessive electricity consumption, the deposit will be retained in full or in part.) Additional costs: Booking fee: 25 euros. Linen package (sheets and towels): 15 euros per person. Electricity costs over 100 kWh per week: 0.35 kWh. Optional costs: small dog: 30 euros.
