Modern 2 bedroom apartment located on the third floor with unobstructed views. The apartment can be reached by elevator. It has a living room with
lots of windows so that it gets plenty of sunlight. The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) as well as fast Wi-Fi (fiberglass) and
international television (optional at €10 per week).
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed (150 x 200). This room has an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200). Both bathrooms have a sink, toilet and shower.
On the fifth floor is the communal roof terrace, which can be reached by elevator. On the communal roof terrace there is a swimming pool (with elevator), toilets and
an outdoor shower. There are also possibilities for barbecues here (of course you have to clean the barbecue yourself after use).
You can park your car in the public parking spaces around the building and the parks. There are good opportunities for walking or cycling.

At the time of booking the client pays 50% of the total amount for the day. The client must pay the remaining 50% 6 weeks before arrival. Cleaning is to be paid upon booking. The package is to be returned upon booking and returned within 10 days before departure. (In case of damage or excessive electricity consumption the deposit will be retained in whole or in part.)
