the secure underground garage with private parking space and there is a bicycle shed for any bicycles.
Just 600 metres away are the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. The popular shopping
centre of La Zenia Boulevard is also just 700 metres away. In the immediate vicinity there is an abundance of cosy
restaurants and cafes. A large supermarket is located right next to the complex. If you like a market, then you can treat yourself
on Saturdays to the Playa Flamenca street market which is just 400 metres away. If you come to play golf,
the nearest golf course Villamartin Golf is about 4 kilometers away. The area is flat and ideal for cycling and walking.
The Flamenca Village complex offers many luxury community facilities, including a large swimming pool with a poolside bar,
heated pool, children's pools, several hot and cooled jacuzzis, a sauna and a well-equipped gym / fitness room
that you can use unlimitedly, an outdoor gym with outdoor fitness attributes and two jeux de boules courts.

The apartment has an attractively furnished living room with plenty of natural light through the large windows. The

and the beautiful gardens of the Flamenca Village complex and the characteristic houses nearby.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster
and other equipment. If you want to cook for yourself, no problem.
The house offers 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 double bed. The single beds can be placed next to each other if
desired. The linen is Egyptian cotton. The two bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. In
addition, this house is equipped with a work place, with natural light, and a nice view, desk, chair and desk lamp.
The house can be cooled and heated by means of an integrated air conditioning (hot and cold). The bathrooms have
underfloor heating if it is cold. The house has very fast Wi-Fi and a TV where all international channels can be received,
among other things. The apartment and the underground parking can be reached via a lift and/or stairs which are
located less than 10 metres from the front door.
