of the Costa Blanca tourist centre. You will find everything within walking distance, so a car is not necessary. If
you have a car, you can park it in the secure underground car park.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are just 600 metres away. Popular shopping
The centre of La Zenia Boulevard is also just 700 metres away. In the immediate vicinity there is an abundance of cosy
restaurants and cafes. Next to the Flamenca Village complex there is a large Mercadona supermarket. If you like a market, you can
enjoy Saturdays at the Playa Flamenca street market, which you can find just 200 metres away. If you
come to play golf, the nearest golf course Villamartin Golf is about 4 kilometres away.
The Flamenca Village complex offers many luxurious communal facilities, including a large swimming pool with bar, large
heated pool, children's pools, playground, jacuzzi, gym and wellness area. Naturally, in addition to the atmospheric
gardens, there are also sunbathing areas.
The apartment has an attractively furnished living room with plenty of natural light through the large windows. The
apartment is west-facing so that you can enjoy the sun from early afternoon to evening, in the house but also
on the spacious balcony of approx. 20 m². On this balcony you have a view of a park with green areas. Due to the
location of the apartment in the middle of the quiet park, it offers a lot of privacy.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine,
toaster and other equipment. If you want to cook for yourself, no problem.
The house offers 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (160 x 200) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200). Both

The house can be cooled and heated by an integrated air conditioning (hot and cold). The bathrooms have

Pets are not allowed in this house. Also, smoking is not allowed inside. There are no tenants under 25 years old
and no groups are allowed in this property.
