The open-plan living room and kitchen are stylishly decorated with comfortable chairs and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. There are two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower. The master bedroom has a double bed (150x200), while the other bedroom has two single beds (80x190).
The communal pool is just 20 meters away. Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance. The property offers Wi-Fi and the ability to use your favorite streaming services. It also has integrated air conditioning for heating and cooling.
You can park your car on the street or in the private parking lot next to the pool. The private rooftop terrace offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy a meal al fresco.

At the time of booking, the guest must pay 50% of the total stay. The remaining 50% must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Payment for the cleaning fee is due at the time of booking. The deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded within 10 days of departure. (In case of damage or excessive electricity consumption, the deposit will be retained in whole or in part.) Additional costs: Booking fee: 25 euros. Linen package (sheets and towels): 15 euros per person. Electricity costs over 100 kWh per week: 0.35 kWh. Optional costs: small dog: 30 euros.
