This modern apartment is located close to Villamartin Plaza and the Villamartin golf course. About 5 kilometers away you will find the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca South. In the area you will also find many good restaurants and cafes to enjoy a holiday. This apartment is also very suitable for longer stays. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook well at home or have a nice drink.
The apartment is located on the second floor which can be reached via a lift. The orientation of the spacious balcony is south-east so you can sit in the sun from morning to evening. From the balcony you have a nice view over the communal gardens and communal pools.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200). This bedroom also offers an en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200).
You can park your car safely in the underground parking lot. There is also the possibility of storing your
own bicycles in the parking garage.
Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets are also not allowed.
