bungalow a stone staircase that provides access to the private roof terrace. The roof terrace is very spacious and
measures 85 m². On this roof terrace you can enjoy the Spanish sun all year round. On the roof terrace is an outdoor
kitchen, but also a lounge with sun Peragola, area where you relax.

This bungalow is approximately one kilometer from the international airport of Alicante. The airport of Murcia (Corvera)

At the time of booking, the guest must pay 50% of the total stay. The remaining 50% must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Payment for the cleaning fee is due at the time of booking.
