This bungalow is centrally located in a cozy and quiet area in San Pedro del Pinatar. Restaurants, bars, a supermarket
and various shops are within walking distance. The property is located about meters from the beach on the
Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Blanca is also known for its beautiful golf courses. The nearest golf course is
approximately 7 km away, where you may be able to play a game of golf every now and then.

bungalow a stone staircase that provides access to the private roof terrace. The roof terrace is very spacious and
measures 85 m². On this roof terrace you can enjoy the Spanish sun all year round. On the roof terrace is an outdoor
kitchen, but also a lounge with sun Peragola, area where you relax.
In total there are 3 bedrooms that are all equipped with a spacious double bed. In the bungalow is Dutch, Flemish
television including fox sport and ziggo sport and also Wi-Fi. The Dos Mares shopping center is only a few minutes
away by car.

This bungalow is approximately one kilometer from the international airport of Alicante. The airport of Murcia (Corvera)
is also just a kilometer away. With the daily flights from the Netherlands and / or Belgium you will always be back in
your beautiful bungalow quickly.
