Description
This spacious house is only 1 kilometer from the beautiful sandy beaches, cozy restaurants and terraces of Mil Palmeras. Other facilities such as a supermarket and shops can also be found within walking distance. This house has a spacious garden with views of the Riomar park. The
orientation of the garden is southwest.
The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can use a Smart TV. Next to the kitchen there is a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a small bar.
The house has a spacious kitchen with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. On the
ground floor there is also a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
The 3 bedrooms can be found on the first floor. There are double beds in two bedrooms. In the master bedroom (180 x 200) and the second bedroom
(160 x 200). The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200). The second bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and a bath with shower.
The house has air conditioning in all rooms, such as the living room and bedrooms. You can also heat the bedrooms with an electric heater.
The house has Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The house is child-friendly with a stair gate, high chair and cot.
One small pet is allowed at this property.

At the time of booking the customer must pay 50% of the total amount of the stay. The customer must pay the balance of the remaining 50% 6 weeks before arrival. Cleaning will be paid at the time of booking. The deposit will be paid at the time of booking and will be returned within 10 days before departure.
