This bright house has a living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer,
extractor hood, dishwasher and of course many small kitchen appliances. Through the living room with sofa, TV
cabinet, Smart TV with all international channels, you enter the master bedroom (180 x 200) with an en-suite
bathroom. The second bedroom with two single beds (92 x 200) and a second bathroom is accessible through the
kitchen. The bathrooms are both equipped with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet, the bedrooms have
spacious built-in wardrobes.
The house is equipped with integrated air conditioning (hot / cold) in all rooms. In addition, there is also fast WiFi via
fiber optic.
In addition to the balcony at the front of the house, this penthouse offers a spacious private roof terrace. On this roof
terrace there is a comfortable lounge set, sun loungers and a BBQ. If it gets too hot on the roof terrace, you can use
the pergola for the necessary shade. From the roof terrace you have an unobstructed view of the adjacent green strip.
Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. In addition, smoking is not allowed inside.
