Description
This detached villa is located in a quiet new residential area in San Pedro del Pinatar. The promenade along the Mar Menor and the beaches are about 800 meters away on foot. You can also find plenty of facilities including cozy
restaurants, cafes and other shops. About 1 kilometer away is the Dos Mares shopping center where, among
other things, a large Carrefour supermarket is located.
The villa has a private garden with a private pool. It is also possible to park your car on your own property
behind a closed gate. Or as you wish to be able to store your bicycles. From the living room and kitchen you have
direct access to the cozy garden with palm tree.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa and armchair where the dining table is also located. The open kitchen is
equipped with all necessary equipment including ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto and kettle. On
the ground floor you will also find a sink and a toilet. There is also a washing machine so you can do laundry
for a longer stay.
On the first floor are the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds (180 x 200). There is also a bathroom with
sink, toilet and walk-in shower. The bedroom at the front of the house has access to a balcony. From this
balcony you will find the stairs to the private roof terrace. You can always enjoy the sun from this roof terrace. In
addition, this offers a beautiful view over the Mar Menor and the sea.
All rooms in the house are equipped with separate air conditioning (hot/cold). In addition, this house offers fast internet
via fiber optics. You can also watch your favorite programs and channels via the IPTV system and Smart TV

At the time of booking the client must pay 50% of the total stay. The client must pay the remaining 50% balance 6 weeks before arrival. Cleaning is to be paid upon booking.
