from several cozy restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is oriented to the south-east with a beautiful
view of the sea.
The living and dining room is approximately 35 m² and here you will find, among other things, a dining table with 4 chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, etc. Through a large
glass door you open onto the terrace with a lounge, sun bed and also a breathtaking view of the sea.
The kitchen is equipped with every comfort. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker, dishwasher etc. In addition, you
can park your car in the underground parking garage. The apartment also has a communal garden with swimming pool, jacuzzi and showers.
This property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.
Provision of keys: The provision of the keys is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of residence from 4
p.m. On the day of departure you normally leave the house before 11 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and
during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They welcome you and do the
provision of keys with you personally and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.

At the time of booking, the client must pay 50% of the total amount of the stay. The client must pay the remaining 50% 6 weeks before arrival.
