This penthouse is located in a cozy and quiet area in San Pedro del Pinatar. There are restaurants, bars, a supermarket and several shops within walking distance. The house is located about 900 meters from the beach on the Mar Menor. The beaches of the Mediterranean are just a few kilometers away. The Costa Blanca is also known for its beautiful golf courses. The nearest golf course is about 7 km away.
This penthouse is equipped with all amenities for short and long stays. The modern living room offers plenty of light and space. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine and other appliances. This penthouse also has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. This room has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The other bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed. So you can stay with a maximum of 5 people in this cozy penthouse.
Via a stone staircase you reach the spacious roof terrace. Here you will find a dining area and a living room. Sun all day long
guaranteed. If it gets too hot, you can take shelter by the large pergola.
You can use the communal pool which is located just a few meters from the penthouse. The penthouse also offers Wi-Fi and television
via the Internet. Of course, you can also bring your own Chromecast or Apple TV

At the time of booking the client must pay 50% of the total stay. The client must pay the remaining 50% balance 6 weeks before arrival. Cleaning is to be paid upon booking.
