From the living room you have views of the Mediterranean Sea. The sea is only 150 meters away. There you can walk
along a boulevard. The apartment has a spacious balcony where you can feel the refreshing sea breeze.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, kettle,
etc. In the utility room you can find the washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is equipped with fiber optic Wi-Fi and all TV channels. The apartment also has integrated air
conditioning that can cool and heat the apartment.
You can use the communal swimming pool with sprayers and a large children's pool and the accompanying
