Description
This modern apartment is located just 1 km from the Mar Menor beach and its lively boulevard with its bars and restaurants. The two-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor, easily accessible by elevator. The living room and open kitchen offer plenty of comfort and space for a pleasant stay. From the living room, you have direct access to the balcony. The balcony faces south and overlooks the residence's communal pool. The balcony is also equipped with a dining table and comfortable chairs where you can fully relax.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood, filter coffee maker, and all other necessary kitchen appliances. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200) and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) that can be pushed together if desired. There is also a second bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The apartment is equipped with integrated air conditioning (hot/cold), fast fiber optic Wi-Fi, and a TV with Chromecast so you can stream your favorite shows.
The Sanuk Residence offers a large communal pool with sunbathing areas where you can enjoy and relax under the Spanish sun. You can easily park your car on the street. The Dos Mares Shopping Center, with its numerous shops and supermarkets, is just 3 kilometers away.

At the time of booking, the guest must pay 50% of the total stay. The remaining 50% must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Payment for the cleaning fee is due at the time of booking. The deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded within 10 days of departure. (In case of damage or excessive electricity consumption, the deposit will be retained in whole or in part.) Additional costs: Booking fee: 25 euros. Linen package (sheets and towels): 15 euros per person. Electricity costs over 100 kWh per week: 0.35 kWh. Optional costs: small dog: 30 euros.
