This quiet ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the Spanish village of Pilar de la Horadada and
is part of the 27-family residence "La Rambla Beach". This domain borders the dry riverbed “La Rambla”,
through this green Rambla it is about 3 km walking or cycling to the beautiful beach of Playa de Las
Higuericas. The center of Pilar de la Horadada with supermarket, church square, shops, bars and restaurants is
easily accessible on foot or by bike. Inland you will find the Lo Romero golf course 4 kilometers away.
This bright house has a living room with an open kitchen separated by a spiral island with a cozy bar. The
kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher and of
course numerous small kitchen appliances. Through the living room with sofa, TV cabinet,
Smart TV with all international channels you enter the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has
sliding doors that open onto the terrace. The second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and a
second bathroom are accessed through the kitchen. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet,
the bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes.
The washing machine can be found in the conversion on the rear terrace, you can park the car at the
back of the house.
The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) integrated in all rooms. In addition, there is also fast WiFi
via fiber optic.
At the front, the house has a spacious terrace with lounge set, two sun loungers, a large parasol and
a dining table with chairs for al fresco dining.
La Rambla Beach has a communal indoor area with a nice pool and separate children's pool
