Description
This modernised bungalow is situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Dehesa de Campoamor. Within walking distance
you will find restaurants and a supermarket. The property is about 900 metres from the sandy beach
on the Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Blanca is also known for its beautiful golf courses. About 6 kilometres away,
you will find several golf courses where you can enjoy a round of golf from time to time.
The property has 2 bedrooms, one of which features a double bed (150x200). The other bedroom offers 2 single beds
(90x200). For these 2 beds, we also have a mattress topper, creating a double bed of 180x200. There is a
bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a
dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric ceramic hob, washing machine and dryer.
At the front of the property, you can relax outside and enjoy the Spanish sunshine. The property is completely enclosed, providing
ample privacy. The garden is south-facing, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long.
The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and Dutch TV. Within walking distance is the communal area of the villa complex.
Here you will find a large communal pool, sunbathing areas, a children's playground, paddle tennis court and 3 tennis courts

This property is located approximately 49 kilometres from Alicante International Airport. Murcia (Corvera) Airport is
also only 49 kilometres away. With daily flights from the Netherlands and/or Belgium, you can quickly return to your
beautiful villa.

At the time of booking the client must pay 50% of the total stay. The client must pay the remaining 50% balance 6 weeks before arrival. Cleaning is to be paid upon booking. The deposit is to be paid upon booking and returned within 10 days of departure. (In case of damage or excessive electricity consumption, the deposit will be retained in whole or in part.) Additional costs: Booking fee: 25 Euro Linen package (sheets and towels): 15 Euro per person Electricity cost after 100 kWh per week, 0.35 kWh Euro Optional costs: small dog 30 Euro.
