At the time of booking, the guest must pay 50% of the total stay. The remaining 50% must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cleaning fees are due upon booking. The deposit is due upon booking and will be returned within 10 days of departure. (In the event of damage or excessive electricity usage, the deposit will be retained in whole or in part.)
