Description
A spacious semi-detached house within walking distance of the centre of San Pedro del Pinatar. The property is within walking distance of several
restaurants and supermarkets. The weekly market in San Pedro on Tuesdays is also within walking distance. Both the Mediterranean beaches and the Mar Menor can be found a short bike ride or drive away. It is also wonderful to walk or cycle along the promenade along the Mar Menor.
The house has an open kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and kettle. The living room offers large windows
which provide access to the adjacent terrace with private heated pool (4m x 2m). There is also a comfortable sofa with seating. Here you can watch several
international TV channels. The house offers fast internet via fibre optic.
The ground floor bedroom offers a double bed. The bedroom has direct access to the front terrace. The ensuite bathroom has a sink, toilet
and shower. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

At the time of booking the client must pay 50% of the total stay. The client must pay the remaining 50% balance 6 weeks before arrival. Cleaning is to be paid upon booking. The deposit is to be paid upon booking and returned within 10 days of departure. (In case of damage or excessive electricity consumption, the deposit will be retained in whole or in part.)
