This villa is located in the center of a cozy and quiet neighborhood in Pilar de la Horadada. Within walking distance you
will find many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and various shops. The villa is close to metro van het strand and the
Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Blanca is also famous for its fantastic golf courses. About 11 kilometers away you will find
the nearest golf clubs, where you can enjoy playing golf.
The house has a garden-facing living room with plenty of privacy. The terrace and the private pool are
South-facing so you have enough sun all day long. You can also sit in the shade with the large awning. On the
ground floor there are 2 large bedrooms with large beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor you will find the third bedroom and third bathroom of this home. The villa is very suitable for disabled people.
The master bedroom is larger, making it easy to maneuver with a wheelchair. The main bathroom is suitable for
the disabled due to the use of a sliding door and a wider entrance. In addition, there is a wheelchair accessible
sink and there are folding toilet rails in the toilet. The toilet is also raised.
The house also has a free standing bed with a parrot in the master bedroom and 2 high-low beds in the second bedroom
