The spacious living room features a cozy seating area with a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV with streaming options (Fire Stick), and free Wi-Fi. Thanks to the air conditioning and heating, you will enjoy a pleasant temperature year-round. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals: a refrigerator with freezer drawers, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a toaster, and more. For your convenience, a washing machine is also available. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a high-quality mattress, built-in wardrobes, and air conditioning/heating. The second bedroom has two single beds and the same amenities. A cot with an extra-thick mattress is available upon request. The bathroom is equipped
with a bathtub/shower, sink, hairdryer, and towels.
Outside, you can relax on your private terrace overlooking the pool. Enjoy a drink while watching
the sunset or dine al fresco at the garden table. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.

At the time of booking, the guest must pay 50% of the total stay. The remaining 50% must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Payment for the cleaning fee is due at the time of booking. The deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded within 10 days of departure. (In case of damage or excessive electricity consumption, the deposit will be retained in whole or in part.) Additional costs: Booking fee: 25 euros. Linen package (sheets and towels): 15 euros per person. Electricity costs over 100 kWh per week: 0.35 kWh. Optional costs: small dog: 30 euros.
