This single-story bungalow is decorated in a modern style and equipped with every comfort. The spacious living room with open kitchen receives plenty of natural light thanks to its large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The home has two large bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds. One has a double bed (150 x 200 cm), the other two single beds (90 x 190 cm). Both bedrooms have sliding doors to the outside. There are two modern bathrooms with spacious showers (with handheld and rain showers), a toilet, and a sink.
Additional Amenities
All rooms have quiet air conditioning for heating and cooling. Blinds on all windows provide added comfort. Fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are also available so you can continue watching your favorite shows.

Key Collection and Service
Check-in and check-out can take place any day of the week. On the day of arrival, you can check in from 3:00 PM. On departure day, the property is normally vacated before 11:00 a.m. Other times can be arranged. Our hosts will personally welcome you, hand over the keys, and provide you with local tips. During your stay, they are available for any questions or needs.

At the time of booking, the guest must pay 50% of the total stay. The remaining 50% must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment for the cleaning fee is due at the time of booking. The deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded within 10 days of departure. (In case of damage or excessive electricity consumption, the deposit will be retained in full or in part.) Additional costs: Booking fee: 25 euros. Linen package (sheets and towels): 15 euros per person. Electricity costs over 100 kWh per week: 0.35 kWh. Optional costs: small dog: 30 euros.
